As a licensed mental health counselor, I offer in-person and telehealth therapy services across New York, providing personalized care for children, teens, adults, and families. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and more, ensuring that you receive the most effective treatment for your needs.
