Rates are based on individual, family, or group settings.

 

Fees are negotiable for clients who have Medicare, Medicaid, SSD or SSDI.

For out of network clients, I offer monthly superbills. This means paying the session rate and being reimbursed from your insurance carrier.

If I am in-network with your insurance carrier and you owe a copayment, you will receive an invoice via email after each session.

I do require a card on file for all clients.
